  • ANODISING RANGE

Anodising is an electrolytic passivation process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of metal parts, especially aluminium.

Why    Aluminium      Anodising

Aluminium anodising increases corrosion resistance, especially in areas with extreme climatic conditions (seaside areas with high levels of humidity and extended periods of sunshine. This happens because anodising transforms the aluminium surface and creates a very durable external coating. This is why anodised aluminium profiles are the No.1 choice for modern, state of the art building constructions.

KAILASH offers a wide range of colour choices with bronze and golden ones.

Throughout the entire anodising process, we monitor the process and quality of the product.  The application of electrical power and colour is pre-programmed and verified on all batches.  This quality control ensures uniformity to end product specification for film thickness, density, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, reflectivity, image clarity, insulative properties, adhesion and sealing.

By preserving the original aluminium character, the light-resistant and colourful shades are suitable for outdoor use, allowing for beautiful, metallic and coloured surfaces. This colour treatment has been proven to be extremely resistant in long-term outdoor-exposure settings.
